Program Exclusions

• Preoperative diagnostic tests and physical examinations.

• COVID-19 screening prior to surgery.

• Take-home medications, regular medications, and other treatments unrelated to the surgery, including any complications that may arise.

Terms and Conditions

• This program is available for men aged 45 years and above.

• Eligibility for this surgical program is subject to the discretion of the attending physician and is applicable to elective cases only.

• The package price includes surgeon's fees, surgical service fees, and accommodation in a standard private room for 2 days and 1 night. The program is valid only with participating physicians.

• If patients wish to use their own medications brought from outside the hospital during their stay, a medication verification fee will apply.

• Patients must undergo surgery within the specified program period. Advance purchase of the program is not permitted.

• Patients with health insurance coverage or corporate benefits are advised to contact the Inpatient Admission and Corporate Customer Service Department at 51477 for further information.

• The package price is applicable only to Thai nationals and foreign nationals with permanent residency in Thailand.

• Program validity: October 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026.

• All services must be received by December 31, 2026.
