The package excludes:

• Pre-operative diagnostic tests and physical examination.
• Pre-operative COVID-19 screening test.
• Discharge medications, regular medications, and any treatments unrelated to the surgery, including potential complications.

Terms and Conditions

• This program is applicable only to patients diagnosed with knee or hip osteoarthritis. It does not apply to patients with conditions resulting from accidents or trauma.
• The package includes surgeon fees, surgical service fees, and standard private room charges. The program is applicable only when performed by participating physicians.
• Patients who wish to use medications brought from outside the hospital during their admission will be subject to a medication verification fee.

• This package cannot be used in conjunction with other privileges, discounts, or benefits, including shareholder privileges, corporate contracts, or insurance coverage.

• The hospital reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice and to decline refunds in all circumstances.
