This program is available for infants from birth to 24 months of age
The price includes the pediatrician consultation fee, vaccine administration fee, and outpatient service fee.
Participants will receive a 10% discount on laboratory (Lab) and diagnostic imaging (X-ray) services for additional examinations requested during a health check-up package (excluding radiologist fees). This discount does not apply to investigations performed for diagnosis and treatment purposes.
Additional charges may apply if further diagnostic tests, medical treatments, or medications are required. Such expenses are not included in the program and must be paid according to the actual costs incurred.
The hospital reserves the right not to provide refunds under any circumstances. However, the program may be transferred to another person.
This program is valid for outpatient services only and cannot be combined with any other privileges, discounts, or special rates, including those for shareholders, contracted companies, or insurance companies.
The stated price is applicable only to Thai nationals and foreign permanent residents residing in Thailand.
