This program is for children aged 6 month - 5 years old who have never had a history of vaccine allergie. If you have any underlying medical conditions, please consult a doctor before making a decision to purchase.
This program can be transferred to the others. The patient is required to present the e-voucher with ID card before vaccination at Pediatric and Child Development Center, 12th floor, Vichaiyut Medical Center.
This program is inclusive of doctor fee , service fee, and OPD service fee.
The patient is required to pay for the actual expense of any additional treatment occurre.
The voucher cannot be refunded or exchanged in any case.
This program is for OPD patient only and cannot be used with other privileges and discounts for shareholders, contract companies, and insurance companies.
This price is for Thai citizen and the foreigner living permanently in Thailand only.
The program can be purchased from1 January 2025 - 31 December 2025
