Terms and Conditions

• Influenza vaccination is recommended for those aged 6 months old or above and do not have vaccination allergy history.
• The Program is inclusive of doctor fee, vaccination and OPD patient fee. Additional doctor fee may occur should there is any other treatment implemented apart from the vaccination.
• This Program is for OPD patient only, cannot be used with other privileges and discounts for shareholders, contract companies, and insurance companies.
• The patient is required to pay for the actual expense of any additional treatment occurred.
• This price is for Thai citizen and the foreigner living permanently in Thailand only.
• Service hours:

           Health Check-up Center (Adult vaccine), 11th floor, Vichaiyut Medical Center
           -  Monday –  Friday 7.00 a.m. - 3.00 p.m.
           - Saturday –  Sunday 7.00 a.m. – noon
           Pediatric and Child Development Center (Children vaccine), 12th floor, Vichaiyut Medical Center
           - Daily 7.00 a.m. - 7.00 p.m.
           - Out of service hours, Please contact our Contact Center at 0 2265 7777 for further information and making appointment in advance.
