  • The patient is required for doctor consultation prior to the vaccination. 
  • This voucher can be transferred to the others. Please present the voucher with ID card before vaccination. The patient can use this voucher at Women’s Health Center, 12th floor, Vichaiyut Medical Center.
  • This program is inclusive of doctor fee, service fee, and OPD service fee. If the patient requests the doctor consultation in the next vaccination or further treatment, the expense will be charged in actual cost.
  • This program  is non-refundable. 
  • This program  is for OPD patient only and cannot be used with other privileges and discounts for shareholders, contract companies, and insurance companies.
  • This price is for Thai citizen and the foreigner who permanently lives in Thailand only.
  • The program  can be purchased from 16 December 2025 – 31 December 2026.
  • This voucher will be expired on 31 December 2026
