Private Music Therapy Program (2 Sessions)

Terms and Conditions

• The program fee does not include the physician consultation fee. It covers only the music therapist fee, program service fee, and outpatient service fee.

• All participants are required to consult with a physician and undergo a screening process prior to enrolling in the program.

• Physicians authorized to prescribe this program include Neurologists, Psychiatrists, and Pediatricians.

• This program is available for individuals aged 6 years and older.

• Participants must complete the full course of the program within 2 months from the date of purchase.

• Each music therapy session lasts approximately 45–60 minutes per session.

Service Location and Schedule

• Location: Music Therapy Program, 9th Floor, Room 912, Vichaiyut North Building

• Service hours:

  • Wednesday: 09.00–12.00 hrs.

  • Saturday: 14.00–17.00 hrs.

• In cases where additional medical examinations, treatments, or medications are required, additional charges will apply. Participants are responsible for all actual expenses incurred beyond the program fee.

• This program is available for outpatient services only and cannot be combined with other privileges or discounts, including shareholder benefits, contracted companies, or insurance coverage.

• Please make an appointment in advance. The hospital reserves the right to refuse service in cases where no prior appointment has been made or when the center is closed or unable to provide services on the scheduled date.

• The stated price is applicable only to Thai nationals and foreign residents permanently residing in Thailand.

• The program can be purchased from 1 February 2026 - 31 December 2026

• This voucher will be expired on 31 December 2026
