Epidural Steroid Injection Program

The package excludes:

• Physician consultation fees and pre- and post-procedure preparation expenses.

• Anesthesia fees and inpatient admission (IPD) expenses.

• Take-home medications and medical supplies.

• Medications and medical supplies not directly related to the procedure, including expenses arising from possible complications.

• Additional specialist consultation fees (if any).

Terms and Conditions

• The package includes doctor fee, service fee, and OPD patient fee and excludes pathology related fee.

• The package is applicable only after a complete medical evaluation and diagnosis. Eligibility is subject to the discretion of the attending physician.

• The procedure is performed under local anesthesia to minimize discomfort at the treatment site. If sedation or general anesthesia is medically required, additional charges will apply and must be paid by the patient.
  

• Any additional investigations, treatments, or medications deemed necessary will be charged separately. Patients are responsible for all actual expenses incurred beyond the package.

• This package cannot be used in conjunction with other privileges, discounts, or benefits, including shareholder privileges, corporate contracts, or insurance coverage.

• The hospital reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice and to decline refunds in all circumstances.

• The promotional price is applicable to Thai nationals and expatriates holding permanent residency in Thailand only.
