• This program can be transferred to the others. The patient is required to present the e-voucher with ID

• This program is for OPD patient only, cannot be used with other privileges and discounts for shareholders, contract companies, and insurance companies.

• The program fee will be charged in full amount even though the patient chooses not to take any treatment item and the treatment list cannot be changed.

• This price is for Thai citizen and the foreigner living permanently in Thailand only.

• The program can be purchased from 1 November 2025 - 31 December 2026
