Glaucoma Screening Program

The program includes doctor fee, service fee, and OPD fee.

This program is non-refundable.

This program is only available for OPD service and cannot be combined with other discounts or privileges, such as shareholder, corporate contract, or insurance company discounts.

If the service recipient requires additional medical diagnosis, treatment, or medication, additional charges will apply, and the service recipient must pay for the incurred expenses.

No changes or refunds will be accepted for purchased programs under any circumstances.

The price is applicable only for Thai nationals and foreign residents living permanently in Thailand.

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. For convenience, please call the Contact Center to make an appointment before receiving the service.

Walk-ins without an appointment may not be accommodated if the medical center is closed or unavailable on that day.

The program is available from April 16, 2025 – December 31, 2025.

The voucher expires on December 31, 2025
