Terms and Conditions
• This program is non-refundable.• This program can be transferred to the others. The patient is required to present the e-voucher with ID card before treatment at Skin and Cosmetic Center, 14th floor, Vichaiyut Medical Center. .
• This price includes doctor's fee, service fee and outpatient fee, excluding the cost of physical examination to prepare for PRP.
• This program is for OPD patient only, cannot be used with other privileges and discounts for shareholders, contract companies, and insurance companies.
• The program fee will be charged in full amount even though the patient chooses not to take any treatment item and the treatment list cannot be changed.
• This price is for Thai citizen and the foreigner living permanently in Thailand only.
• Service hours: Monday - Friday 8.00 a.m. - 6.00 p.m. and Saturday-Sunday 8.00 a.m. - 4.00 p.m. For public holidays, please make appointment in advance with our Contact Center.
• The program can be purchased from 1 April 2025 - 31 December 2025
• This voucher will be expired on 31 December 2025
