Terms and Conditions
• Please do not eat or drink at least 6-8 hours before check-up.
• The package is inclusive of doctor fee, service fee, and OPD patient service fee.
• This package is for OPD patient only, cannot be used with other privileges and discounts for shareholders, contract companies, and insurance companies.
• The package fee will be charged in full amount even though the patient choose not to take any check-up item and the check-up list cannot be changed.
• For selecting any additional check-up program on your check-up day, the hospital offers 10% discount for laboratory and X-ray fee, excluding the Radiologist fee and the patient will have to pay for any actual expense occurred.
• This package cannot be exchanged to cash and it can be used only one time, cannot be repeatedly used.
• These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
• This price is for Thai citizen and the foreigner living permanently in Thailand only.

◦ Saturday – Sunday 7.00 a.m. – 12.00 p.m.
