Every year heart disease and block veined symptom are causes of death 17 million of world’s population. There are 6 things we must do in order to build a strong heart
- Exercise your body constantly, at least 3 times a week.
- Quit smoking, for in cigarettes there are nicotine along with other toxic Biochemical which will ruin the inside wall of the veins and make them shrank. .
- Have an adequate amount of sleep and working with fun.
- Control your weight in order to preclude obesity.
- For eating, avoid sweet, fatty, and salty foods, because it’s much better to your health to eat low fat food such as vegetables, fish, fruits, and food full of fibers.
6. Have an annual health examination, at least once a year. If there is aching within your chest or heart instability. Go see a doctor as soon as possible.
